Jax: You know, she actually made some sense.

Skye: Oh?

Jax: Sonny didn't do what you accused him of. So we're going to tell that to the police and we're going to get out of here.

Skye: Like Hell we are! Carly is lying to protect Sonny!

Jax: Unfortunately, it's the other way around. Carly lost her temper and she shoved you in that boat shed. Now Sonny is diverting the investigation because he doesn't want Carly charged.

Skye: Wait. This is even better. We can get the both of them at the same time. I mean, who's to say that Sonny didn't tell Carly to do...

Jax: Skye, please.

Skye: No, this is perfect! I can't believe I didn't think of this before.

Jax: It's a lie! Sonny had nothing to do with this. And as for Carly, she gave in to bad impulse, ok? She didn't ever intend for you to get hurt.

Skye: You don't know that.

Jax: Yes, I do.

Skye: Based on what exactly? A pack of lies? The woman's pathological.

Jax: Well, in this case, she's telling the truth. Look, Carly acted out like she always does.

Skye: Oh, and I'm supposed to care about her psychological problems? I almost drowned, for God's sake!

Jax: Come here. Listen to me. This whole thing spiraled out of control, ok? So let's stop it before it gets any worse.

Jax: That is not what last night was about and you know it. There's no evidence to support the kidnapping, ok. You didn't hear anything, you didn't see anything.

Skye: Gee, you know, all of a sudden, I remember lots of things I heard last night. Thanks to you. You know, now that I think about it, I'm sure I heard Carly call out Sonny's name, yeah.

Jax: You know what? Don't do this, Skye.

Skye: No, really. She told Sonny I was in the boat shed and that he should do to me what he wanted. Oh, it's all coming back to me now.

Jax: Listen to me, listen to me. I hate the fact that you were locked up last night, that you were alone and scared, and I understand that you want someone to pay for what happened to you. But I'm not going to let you lie.

Skye: You don't run my life.

Jax: No. You're right, I don't. But I know the truth. And if I have to tell that to the police, I will.

Skye: I don't, I don't get how you can turn on me like this. I mean, after last night?

Jax: I am not turning on you, Skye. There's a big difference between justice and revenge. Revenge is a very ugly thing.

Skye: Sonny Corinthos is a man that you loathe, Jax. This could put him away for a very long time!

Jax: I know, I know, I know! I despise Sonny, and believe me, I do want him put away. But when he is, it will be for a crime that he actually did. He didn't threaten you, Skye.

Skye: No, but he is threatening AJ.

Jax: He lays a hand on AJ, he'll go down for it, I swear.

Skye: Oh, great. So I guess we just wait until my brother's dead.

Jax: Hey, don't kid yourself, Skye. Putting Sonny to prison will not stop his men from carrying out his orders.

Skye: Then by all means, let's just protect Sonny and not AJ.

Jax: You know what? AJ, AJ went looking for this trouble, ok, so don't ask me to have sympathy for him!

Skye: And what do you have for me?

Jax: I tried with you, Skye. Like with no one else for a very long time, because I believe in you, because I believe that we could have something real together. So you think about that. You think about that before you take actions that we'll both regret.

Skye: Why wouldn't I be?

Mac: Look, what happened to you doesn't sound like something Sonny's ever done. Now, I can't speak for ADA. Jensen, but this could be difficult to prove.

Skye: I wouldn't want you or any of your officers to over exert yourselves trying to bring my kidnapper to justice.

Mac: You weren't kidnapped, Ms. Quartermaine. You were locked in a boathouse on your family's own property. Now, the only reason I'm pushing this is because you swore to me that Sonny's behind it. Do you still think so?

Jax: No.

Dara: I'll take it from here.

Mac: Good luck. You'll need it.

Dara: Ok. Sorry I'm late. Let's get started. Ms. Quartermaine, you want to make a statement?

Jax: I'd like to stay while she testifies.

Dara: No, I've been here before. Mr. Corinthos' attorney would do anything to get the statement suppressed and I'm not taking the chance.

Jax: Yes, I understand that, but I promise I will not say a thing.

Dara: Forget it.

Jax: Ok.

Dara: Ms. Quartermaine, we will be recording your statement. I'm obligated to tell you that.

Skye: Do whatever you want. Let's just get this over with, shall we?

Carly: Did you talk to Skye?

Jax: Yes.

Carly: Which means what?

Jax: Which means we're all here because you did something irresponsible and crazy! Now what Skye is going to say, that's out of my hands.
